Client Spotlight: CRAZYWORK — An Online Store That Doesn't Need a Developer On Call

CRAZYWORK is a gym-apparel brand built for people who train hard — and like most apparel brands trying to sell online, the hard part was never the idea, it was getting a store live that the team could actually run themselves without leaning on a developer for every product drop.

We built CRAZYWORK a storefront and admin system so their team can manage products, listings, and day-to-day store operations on their own — the site is live at crazywork.store.

How we approached the build

The same process we run with every client shaped how CRAZYWORK's store came together:

Starting with how they actually sell. Before any design work, we talked through how CRAZYWORK wanted to launch products, run drops, and manage inventory — so the admin system matched their actual workflow instead of a generic e-commerce template.

Working sessions through the build. Rather than disappearing until launch day, we walked through the store with CRAZYWORK at each stage, catching things that needed adjusting before they became a rebuild.

Accountability on delivery. We committed to a working store their team could run independently after handover, not one that would need us on call for routine changes. That's the bar we hold ourselves to on every build.

The result is a store CRAZYWORK's own team drives day to day — new drops, new listings, and the everyday work of running an apparel brand online, without a developer in the loop for things that shouldn't need one.

If you're launching or rebuilding an online store and want something your team can actually own after we hand it over, that's the exact kind of project we like building.
